Required. Here you write about the roles (positions) you had in the project. At least 1 role must be defined.
This element can be defined in its own xml file.

<role>

Here you write the position's name and the tasks you performed. It's important to tell your prospective employer what were your responsibilities and your accomplishments on the project.
This is where you are promoting your skills and experience.

Explanation
A <role> contains a <title> and a <tasks> elements. Both are required and both are defined with <content> elements.
